John and I wanted out of the cold snowy winters of Colorado. We fell in love with Sun Lakes – the people who are so friendly and unpretentious, the amenities, the security of a gated community and the plethora of activities for those that want to get involved.
So when we were ready to make the move we only needed to find a Realtor to help us locate our home. We found Amy Jones website and contacted her online. Immediately she was in touch with us making introductions and learning what we wanted in a community and a new home. She showed us properties in Sun Lakes as well as other surrounding active adult communities and we were continually drawn back to Sun Lakes where we purchased our home in Oakwood Country Club.
The maturity of the landscaping and the quality of home building and amenities was superior and we are thrilled to be Sun Lakes homeowners.
We play golf and love the convenience of driving our golf cart to the course and the ability to slip out in the evening for a few holes just as the beautiful Arizona sunsets occur. We utilize the pool and hot tub and find it to be well maintained. The Clubhouse is beautifully appointed and we find Friday night happy hours to be a great place to meet neighbors and make new friends!
