August 15, 2012 ~ Good news for Sun Lakes, AZ homeowners as home for sale inventory declines, which hopefully means our home prices are poised to rise.
We are currently at about 80 days worth of inventory, which means that if another home is not listed (not likely) it would take 80 days to sell every home for sale based on recent sales data.
The lowest amount of home for sale inventory was recorded back in January 2005 when we had 24 days worth of inventory. As supply fell, demand rose which was followed by rising prices as shown in these two charts.
There are currently 110 homes for sale in Sun Lakes, AZ.
