When we made our first trip down from Missouri to view potential properties, we were highly impressed with the way Amy had everything well organized. She was careful to listen to us and did not waste our time looking at houses that did not meet our criteria. Over a period of weeks, Amy continued to stay in contact with us to inform us of new listings which matched our criteria and price range. When a property came up that looked very interesting to us, Amy was out of town but she arranged for team members Becky and John Kolb to meet us and they worked with us from that point forward. Becky and John delivered the same quality service as Amy, had everything organized, and took excellent care of us.
Being in both commercial and residential real estate development including residential subdivisions in Missouri, we were highly impressed with Becky & John. We feel they worked extremely hard to get us the property at the best possible price. Even after the contract was signed, they were in constant contact keeping us informed and up to date on every detail leading up to the closing. They moved the purchase of the property seamlessly through closing and in addition, helped us with other personal things which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty.
