We live out of state from where we were buying a home in the active retirement community of Sun Lakes.
Upon our arrival in Arizona for a stay of only a week, Amy had a nice selection of homes for us to visit the very first 2 days we were there. She provided us a binder with all sorts of information nicely arranged as well as print-outs of all the homes we were to tour in the 2 days.
She arranged the visits to the houses in such a way as to allow us to fully assimilate our own opinions of what the community has to offer and what we wanted from it.
She provided her expertise and knowledge of the area which was invaluable. Her friendliness and nicely paced tours made us feel as if we were her only client! She readily responded to phone calls, emails, and even text messaging!
After she assisted us in making a fair and good bid and it was received, she continued to support us and made EXCELLENT recommendations for a lender as well as handyman, landscaper etc!
She sold another home in Sun Lakes in the same time period and the other couple had items to sell that Amy knew we would need immediately. So, she connected us and now we are set to move in!
