Sun Lakes encompasses 3520 acres developed by EJ Robson beginning in 1972 with manufactured homes. Although these manufactured homes still occupy a small section in the Southwest corner of the community, traditionally constructed homes make up the majority of the community with prices that range from under $100,000 to $650,000.
There are 5 separate country club communities within Sun Lakes, each with it’s own amenities including
golf courses, swimming pools, club houses and tennis courts.
